CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.

No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% the price of your scheduled appointment.

ADJUSTMENTS / REFUNDS

I want to ensure that every client loves their results just as much as I do. While all service sales are final, I am happy to offer a complimentary appointment in order to make an adjustment if you are not completely satisfied. Please reach out within 72 hours after your original appointment to schedule an adjustment.

WASH OR DON’T WASH?

Clean hair is essential when working together. Please wash your hair the day of your appointment or the night before. For best results, use a clarifying shampoo at least once and avoid all leave in products. This allows the color to work more effectively and reach its full potential. Coming to your appointment without clean hair can cause undesired color results and longer processing times.
